Plan ahead for the festive season with our festive five-course dinner or pre-order your festive feasts straight to your door for a fuss-free holiday season.

The five-course dinner will be available from 23 to 25 December.

Begin with a Smoked Stracciatella Tartlette and a Savoury Choux Puff with Salmon Mousse, followed by Confit French Quail with chestnut purée, wilted spinach, and porcini glaze.

For the main course, choose between the W. Black F1 Wagyu Zabuton MS 8/9 (+S$12) — a luxuriously marbled cut with burnt cauliflower purée and maple-glazed corn ribs — or the Primrose Pork Roulade with Chicken Farci, complemented by apple chutney, fennel and hazelnuts.

End the evening on a bright note with Limoncello Sugee Cake topped with citrus chantilly, sesame tuile and gold flakes.
